Fire Hazard Assessments (FHA)
A fire Hazard assessment looks at removing and reducing the Hazard of fire. The FHR is the process of identifying and evaluating the potential sources of fire, ignition, and fuel in a workplace or facility. It also involves determining the Hazard level i.e. the systematic evaluation of the factors that determine the hazard from fire, the likelihood that there will be a fire and the consequences if one were to occur. There are both qualitative and quantitative methods of fire hazard assessment that can be used.
